Shaperoo System Board v1.0 - GRBL, ESTLCAM - board designed to control CNC machines and laser plotters. Its design is based on the Arduino Nano 328 and is compatible with GRBL 1.1 and Estlcam.

The board allows you to control CNC machines using GRBL 1.1, LaserGRBL and Estlcam embedded software. Optically isolated inputs and outputs provide overvoltage protection on the ports of the Arduino module while ensuring stable operation.

The Shaperoo v1.0 board has been equipped with an SSR relay control port that works with a traditional single-phase milling machine. In addition, this model includes ports for controlling inverters using 0-10V, FOR and DCM signals.

Signals available on the control outputs: STEP / PULL, DIR, ENA allow you to control TB6600 or similar controllers.

The Shaperoo v1.0 motherboard is equipped with two 12V and 6V DC 2A power outputs for peripheral devices. (supplying inductive and capacitive limit switches).

Additionally, Shaperoo v1.0 has limit switch connectors, one for each axis (2 sensors per axis) and a PROBE connector for connecting the measuring probe. In addition, the board has one COOLANT relay control connector for coolant control or air assist for laser devices.

For devices using NEMA17 motors, we offer a special motor driver board with A4988 controllers plugged into the connectors via the communication bus, which reduces the number of wires needed to make connections.
