Introducing ALTRAX aluminium profiles to our offer we took care to realize customer orders with the greatest possible care. For this purpose we equipped our workshop with Ozcelik Meteor I 420 aluminium cutting-off saw with Cutbooster Manual cutting station.
This station allows us to precisely cut aluminium profiles with repeatability up to +/- 0.1 mm. The use of this modular saw allows us to cut aluminium profiles up to 420 mm wide and 3000 mm long.
Clamping of the material in the saw is carried out by means of pneumatic cylinders which prevent its displacement during the cutting operation, while the Cutbooster positioner with manual positioner allows accurate manual setting of the length of the cut element.
The setting dimension can be quickly read from a digital display, with which, on our request, the Cutbooster set was expanded. Thanks to the use of this set, cutting aluminium profiles is a nice, simple and pleasant activity for us and our customers can appreciate it by receiving their orders always precisely cut to size.
When buying profiles in our shop, profile cutting is included in the price of the profile, there are no additional charges connected with it.
The lead time of the service of cutting profiles to individual order never exceeds 7 days - usually 2-3 days.
